【Abstract】 In recent years,with the development of economy of Hebei Province,the urbanization level of Hebei Province is rising.But mechanism of the urbanization driven human capital accumulation needs further improvement.This paper illustrates the theory of urbanization and human capital accumulation,analises the present situation and problems of urbanization and human capital of Hebei Province,and proposes the path selection of improving the level of urbanization to drive the human capital accumulation of Hebei Province.更多还原
