激光二极管线阵侧面泵浦固体激光器输出光场研究
Study on the Output Field of Liner LDA Side-Pumped Solid-State Lasers
【摘要】 对于激光二极管线阵侧面泵浦的固体激光器,通过数值求解四能级系统速率方程,建立了侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG激光器的计算模型,分析了侧面泵浦时泵浦参数对光束质量的影响,其光束质量因子随激光二极管线阵与晶体棒之间距离的增加而增加,随晶体棒半径的增加而增加.
【Abstract】 For a laser diode array(LDA) side-pumped solid-state lasers,based on the rate equation of four level systems,the simulation of side pumped Nd∶YAG laser is established.The relationship between the output parameters and the pump parameters has been analyzed.It can be seen that the pump light parameters such as the radius of the rod and the distance between the laser diode array and the rod are main factors to the beam quality of the laser.Computed results indicate that the position of the pumping LD and the radius of the crystal rod can influence the beam quality.
