产灵菌红素菌株的分离鉴定

【摘要】 以从糖化车间中采集的样品为试验材料,分离得到一种菌株,该菌株可产一种红色素,红色素经过红外光谱分析证明为灵菌红素.对菌株形态和菌落特征、生理生化特性、全细胞脂肪酸组分进行研究,并通过测定其16SrRNA基因序列的方法来鉴定此菌株.结果表明:16SrRNA基因序列与粘质沙雷氏菌种的亲缘关系最接近,16SrRNA基因测序BLAST结果表明此菌株为粘质沙雷氏菌Serratia marcescens.

【Abstract】 A strain was isolated from saccharification workshop.The strain could produce red pigment which demonstrated was prodigiosin by infrared spectroscopic analysis.Systematical research was carried out based on the ptoperties of strain configucation,bacterial colony,the physiochemical properties and fatty acid of whole cell.Then the strain was identified by assaying its 16S rRNA gene sequences.The results showed that the closest relative of the strain was Serratia marcescens,the BLAST result of 16S rRNA gene demonstrated the strain was Serratia marcescens.
