高分子水处理剂在含硫废水除焦粉中的研究

【摘要】 除去焦化废水中焦粉,可以避免其对汽提塔浮阀的堵塞,提高汽提塔除去硫化氢、氨气和二氧化碳的效果.文中采用化学絮凝法,并针对水中焦粉颗粒和乳化油分布状态研制相应的阳离子型高分子絮凝剂、高分子助凝剂和破乳剂.采用该高分子水处理药剂处理含硫废水可使废水中的焦粉量由217.5mg/L降到19.6mg/L,焦粉除去率达到91.0%;含油量由862.5mg/L下降到19.8mg/L,除油率达到97.7%.

【Abstract】 The removal of coke power from coking wastewater could avoid blocking stripping tower float valve and improve the ability of tower stripping units to remove hydrogen sulfide,ammonia and carbon dioxide.In this research,according to the characters of coke power and emulsified oil,flocculation was adopted,cationic polymer flocculant agent,coagulant aid and demulsifier were developed.With this water treatment chemicals added,coke power content in sulphur-containing wastewater was reduced from 217.5mg/L to 19.6mg/L,coke removal rate of 91.0%.Moreover,oil content also was decreased,from 862.5mg/L to 19.8mg/L,oil removal rate of 97.7%.
