奥氏体管道表面缺陷在役检查验收准则研究

【摘要】 介绍了ASME第XI卷"在役检查缺陷允许尺寸表"的制定原则和主要安全原则,详细说明奥氏体管道的环向、轴向表面缺陷模型,并针对不同深宽比(a/l)的奥氏体管道表面缺陷的允许尺寸进行推导,同时结合超声检验(UT)技术的特点,给出役前和在役检查发现表面缺陷的允许尺寸的计算公式。

【Abstract】 The paper gives a general introduction of formulation principles and main principal safety cri-teria of acceptance standards during in-service inspection of ASME XI.Model of circumferential and axial surface flaw in austenitic steel piping are explicated particularly.Allowable sizes of surface flaw with differ-ent aspect ratios of a/l in austenitic steel piping are deduced,and the calculation formula of allowable flaw sizes detected by nondestructive examinations during pre-service and in-service inspection considering UT inspection technical characteristics is presented.
