核电用主管道不锈钢的动水腐蚀性能研究

【摘要】 采用动水腐蚀试验模拟主管道用不锈钢在一回路环境中的腐蚀行为,获得不锈钢材料的动力学曲线及腐蚀速率。烟台玛努尔公司、三洲川化机公司及法国(对比材料)生产的主管道用不锈钢在2000 h的腐蚀速率分别为3.88、2.69、3.70 mg/(dm2.m),说明国产不锈钢腐蚀速率均比较低,在动水回路介质中具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等手段对腐蚀后试样的表面氧化膜进行分析可知,形成的氧化膜较薄,呈颗粒状,其物相中含有Fe3O4类磁铁矿类,对基体有保护作用。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of stainless steel used as primary pipes is simulated in the primary water media by dynamic corrosion test for 2000h,and the kinetic curve and corrosion rate of stainless steel were obtained.Compared with the corrosion rate of stainless steels made in France which is 3.70 mg/dm2.m,the corrosion rates of domestic materials are 3.88 mg/dm2.m in Yantai and 2.69 mg/dm2.m in Shanghai.The results show that the corrosion rate of domestic and foreign materials is comparable,and the domestic stainless steel is with good corrosion resistance.Besides,the oxide film of the stainless steel is analyzed by SEM and XRD.
