【Abstract】 Taking the entire South of Jiangsu area as the planning scope to construct the independent innovation demonstration zone,which is a great strategic decision in the new historical period for implementing innovation driven strategy,developing innovation economy,perfecting regional innovation system,and constructing innovation province in Jiangsu province.The strategic positioning of innovation demonstration zone in south of Jiangsu is to become the pilot area of deepening reform,the lead region of innovation driven,the cluster area of burgeoning industry,the first district of modernization,the edge area of international competition,and the model zone of independent innovation.Transition pressure,innovation benefits,R&D advantage,policy support provide multiple powers the construction of independent innovation demonstration zone in south of Jiangsu.It must strengthen institutional innovation and explore the effective development path actively,to achieve the target of the construction of independent innovation demonstration zone in south of Jiangsu.更多还原
