【摘要】 文章运用回归分析法,比较分析了制造业结构变动与大学生就业的关联性。研究表明:技术型人才在制造业发展过程中作用最大,大学生作为技术型人才主要来源,制造业整体就业结构需求直接受着大学生专业结构的制约,制造业结构变动决定了大学生就业结构的变动。笔者认为,伴随制造业结构变动,改善大学生就业供给结构,合理进行学科专业设置是解决大学生就业问题的主要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using regression analysis,this paper analyzes the relevance of industrial structure and employment of graduates.The results show that technical talents in manufacturing play the most important role in the development process of manufactur ing,and the overall demand for the employment structure in manufacturing was restricted directly by the subject structure of graduates due to graduates are the major sources of technical talents.Meanwhile,the change of manufacturing industrial struc ture determines the changes of graduates’employment structure.Furthermore,this paper finds that improving the supply structure of graduate employment and designing the subject reasonably along with the structural changes in manufacturing are the main way to solve the employment problem of graduates.更多还原
