开关延迟对Buck变换器分岔的影响

【摘要】 研究了电流模式控制Buck变换器由于开关延迟带来的分岔和混沌现象的变化.首先给出Buck变换器的数学模型,然后针对理想开关和3种典型开关延迟参数的情况,以理想输入直流电压为变量,通过计算机仿真得到不同的分岔和混沌现象,并给出了庞加莱截面图、电流和电压波形图.根据实验分析可知,随着开关延迟时间的增加,系统分岔现象将加剧,甚至导致系统不稳定.

【Abstract】 The phenomena of bifurcation and chaos in a current-mode controlled Buck converter with switching delay were explored.The mathematical model was developed.Using the ideal DC input voltage as a variable,diagrams of bifurcation and chaos were given in regard to the parameters of an ideal switch and three typical switching delay through computer simulation.The Poincare section and time-domain graphs about inductive current and capacitor voltage were provided.The experimental analysis shows that with the increase of switching delay time,the bifurcation will be intensified and even lead system to instability.
