基于智能计量终端的电能质量监测系统研究
Study on Power Quality Monitoring System Based on Intelligent Measurement Terminal
【摘要】 针对广东电网已运营的电能计量自动化系统,结合电能质量监测功能的平台需求,分析了智能计量终端实现电能质量监测功能的可行性。分析表明,终端资源满足电能质量监测数据处理、分析、存储和传输的需求,因而对现有智能计量终端稍加补充,便能满足电能质量监测功能的基本要求。在此基础上构建了相应的电能质量监测系统设计方案。智能计量终端电能质量监测系统的提出,为供电企业更好地进行电力需求侧管理提供了有力的技术支持。
【Abstract】 Considering the electric energy measurement automation system in operation in Guangdong power grid,and combined with the requirements for power quality monitoring function platform,this paper analyzes the feasibility to realize power quality monitoring function by means of intelligent measurement terminals.It is indicated that the terminal resources can satisfy the requirements for data processing,analysis,storage and transmission for power quality monitoring.Therefore,the existing intelligent measurement terminal,if supplemented a little,can meet the basic requirements for power quality monitoring.On this basis,the corresponding design scheme of power quality monitoring system has been constructed.The proposal of power quality monitoring system based on intelligent measurement terminal provides strong technical support for better demand side management in power supply enterprises.
