基于保护原理的智能告警系统
Intelligent Alarm System Based on Protection Principle
【摘要】 目前,国内外绝大部分变电站智能告警系统均简单分析SCADA采集的告警事件及保护录波数据,其对故障诊断的准确性和详细性均存在很大不足,很难发挥此项高级应用的效用。针对这种情况,提出基于保护原理的智能告警系统,系统采用基于保护原理的故障诊断算法,对各种故障信息,包括事故告警事件、保护录波数据、故障录波进行综合分析,得到较为准确详细的故障性质并评判保护动作的正确性。
【Abstract】 Currently,the intelligent alarm systems in substations abroad and at home are mostly based on the simple analysis of the SCADA-collected alarm event and protection wave-recording data;consequently,the fault diagnosis is not accurate and delicate enough,leading to the ineffective function of this advanced application.This paper proposes an intelligent alarm system based on protection principle to diagnose faults by analyzing various fault information comprehensively,namely,fault alarm events,protection and fault wave-recording data.Thereby,the accurate and detailed information about fault nature can be obtained and correct protection operation can be judged accordingly.
