【摘要】 一般本科高校加快学科及其均衡建设是推进学校做大做强、提高竞争力的重要举措。网络环境在一定程度上能促进学科建设,且更贴近社会需求,更有利于借鉴其他高校的成功经验和了解本学科建设的国内外发展趋势,为加快学科及其均衡建设提供了可能。目前,一般本科高校在学科及其均衡建设上存在着学科建设定位准确度不高、重视不够、经费严重短缺及机制不完善等问题。建议采取营造良好环境、找准办学定位、进行科学规划、多渠道筹集资金和加强学术队伍建设等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important measure to improve its competitiveness that general undergraduate colleges and universities speed up construction of subjects and its equilibrium.Network environment helps subject construction get closer to social needs and is more conducive to learning from the successful experiences of other universities and understanding the development of this subject construction at home and abroad,etc.However,there are some problems such as: erroneous orientation of subject constructions,inadequate attention,serious shortage of funds and imperfect mechanism,etc..The paper puts forward suggestions on creating a good environment,finding the school-running orientation,making a reasonable plan,raising funds from multiple resources and enhancing academic team building.更多还原
