TA2钛合金与5083铝合金电偶腐蚀行为和连接工艺的研究

【摘要】 研究了TA2钛合金与5083铝合金及二者之间偶合连接及在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的腐蚀行为,探讨了腐蚀的形式及腐蚀原因;采用电偶实验方法研究了电偶电流大小及电偶电流随时间变化的规律;针对上述合金电偶腐蚀状况,确定了工程上防止TA2钛合金与5083铝合金电偶腐蚀的系统连接工艺方法.

【Abstract】 The corrosion behaviors of TA2 titanium alloy and 5083 aluminum alloy and the galvanic corrosion behavior of their connection in 3.5% NaCL aqueous solution were investigated respectively.The variation of galvanic current with time was studied by galvanic corrosion testing,and the causes of corrosion behavior were discussed.A connection technique of the above-mentioned alloys was provided to avoid the galvanic corrosion in engineering applications.
