【摘要】 目的:寻找对神经母细胞瘤临床诊断工作具有指导作用的新型诊断指标,为神经母细胞瘤的诊断和治疗提供新的科学依据。方法:分别对34例确诊神经母细胞瘤患儿和30例正常体检小儿血清中IGF-BP2检测并进行比较;监测神经母细胞瘤术后IGF-BP2水平并与术前比较。结果:神经母细胞瘤组IGF-BP2水平较对照组显著升高;34例手术治疗4周后IGF-BP2水平显著下降,对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:神经母细胞瘤患者血清中不但存在IGFBP-2,而且可作为神经母细胞瘤术后监测指标,为神经母细胞瘤的早期诊断、术后监测提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the new diagnostic criteria for neuroblastoma(NB) to provide new scientific evidence for the disease.Method: 34 cases of neuroblastoma diagnosed in children and 30 normal children with testing of serum IGF-BP2 and compared;Examined in IGF-BP2 patients after sugery and compared with preoperative.Result: Neuroblastoma group IGF-BP2 levels were significantly higher than that in the control group.34 cases of surgical treatment for 4 weeks after the IGF-BP2 levels decreased significantly in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: NB there is not only the serum IGFBP-2,and can be used as indicators for monitoring NB patients for early diagnosis of NB,postoperative monitoring to provide a scientific basis.更多还原
