【摘要】 目的:分析比较三种不同内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效,探讨三种方法的优缺点。方法:选取在我科进行手术治疗的74例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,其中动力髋部螺钉(DHS)内固定39例,锁定解剖钢板内固定20例,股骨近端交锁髓内钉(PFN)内固定15例。观察比较三种内固定方法在术中出血量、手术时间、临床愈合时间以及术后髋关节功能恢复情况等方面的指标的差异。结果:①三种不同手术方式的术中平均出血量差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);DHS组与其它两组手术时间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);三种不同手术方式平均骨折临床愈合时间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②三组患者术后髋关节功能恢复差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三种内固定各有优缺点,在严格掌握三组内固定的适应症和禁忌症的前提下,三种内固定术均是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss a reasonable treatment for intertrochanter fracture of femur by comparison of effects anorg DHS,locking anatomic plate and PFN fixation.Method:74 intertrochanteric hip fractures of patients in our department were retrospectively analyzed,who were treated with internal fixation.39 cases were treated with DHS,20 cases were treated with locking anatomic plate fixation and 15 cases were treated with PFN fixation.To comparise the three treated groups in terms of the blood loss,operative time,healing time and recovery of hip function.Result:①There was significantly different in the mean blood loss of three different surgical methods(P<0.05);the DHS group and the other two groups was statistically significant difference in operative time(P<0.05);There was significantly different in the fracture healing time of three different surgical methods(P<0.05).②There was no significant difference in the functional recovery of hip joint function of the three groups.Conclusion:Every internal fixation has advantages and disadvantages.The three methods are reasonable treatment for intertrochanteric hip fractures in patients in the strict control of their indications and contraindications.更多还原
