【摘要】 目的观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与贝那普利治疗原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚的临床效果。方法 2009年3月—2011年3月,原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者124例随机分为2组,观察组62例采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与贝那普利联合治疗,对照组62例仅采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,观察组治疗后24h收缩压、24h舒张压、舒张期室间隔厚度(interventricular septal thickness,IVST)、舒张期左心室后壁厚度(posterior wall thickness,PWT)、左心室舒张末内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVDD)和左心室质量指数(left ventricular mass index,LVMI)均明显下降(P<0.05);对照组仅24h收缩压、24h舒张压明显下降(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后24h收缩压、24h舒张压、IVST、PWT、LVDD及LVMI均明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与贝那普利治疗原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚,能够明显降低血压,逆转左心室肥厚,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of L - amlodipine besylate combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods From March 2009 to March 2011,124 cases of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy patients were classified into two groups,in which the observation group of 62 cases were treated with L - amlodipine besylate combined with benazepril and control group of 62 cases were only treated with L - amlodipine besylate.The clinical effect between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with pretreatment,the levels of 24h systolic blood pressure(SBP) and 24h diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and the levels of interventricular septal thickness(IVST),posterior wall thickness(PWT),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD) and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) in observation group were significantly decreased(P <0.05) after treatment,while only the levels of 24h SBP and 24h DBP were significantly decreased in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the levels of 24h SBP and 24h DBP and the levels of IVST,PWT,LVDD and LVMI in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion L - amlodipine besylate combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy can lower blood pressure,and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy,which can be applied in clinic.更多还原
