【Abstract】 Dangerous individuals appear along with the development of industrial economy and they are reality and potential threat to social order.According to the concept of due process,the core of legal control about dangerous individuals is to construct the mechanism of social governance that can meet punish illegal and criminal,maintain social security and guarantee the legitimate rights of those dangerous individuals.Therefore,power should be distributed reasonably and form the mutual restriction between investigations,so as to effectively protect the legal interests of citizens,and maintain social order.更多还原
