【摘要】 以河南省滑县发明协会为例,追溯其产生、发展的过程,分析其成功的原因和面临的挑战,在此基础上探究农村基层非政府组织在促进农民创新中的作用。本研究提出:农村基层非政府组织在一定程度上弥补了政府职能的缺位,它成为农民创新者和外界沟通的桥梁与纽带,是促进农村地区创新与创业的重要推动力。但是农村非政府组织的生存与发展与其领导人的个人能力呈现较强的环境依赖性,这在一定程度上限制了其模式的可复制性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the case study of Hua County Association of Invention,Henan province,this research reviews its creation and development process,studies the factors contributing to its success and the challenges the Association are facing.This research explores the roles of rural NGOs in promoting farmer innovations in China.The basic conclusions are as follows: 1,To a certain extent,the rural NGOs make up what the government should have done in the rural areas,bridge the farmer innovators and the outside world and is an important driving force of farmer innovation and rural entreprenurship.However,the survival and development of a rural NGO largely rely on the leader’s personal capability,which limit the reproducibility of Hua County Association of Invention in other rural areas in China.更多还原
