大鼠牙移动性根吸收组织内钙黏蛋白-11的表达

【摘要】 目的:检测大鼠牙移动根吸收组织中钙黏蛋白(Cadherin-11)的表达,探讨根吸收过程的分子机制。方法:选用Wistar大鼠建立牙移动根吸收模型;通过TRAP法验证根吸收模型是否成功。通过免疫组化染色,研究Cadherin-11在根吸收组织中的表达。结果:TRAP染色表明,在100g持续力的作用下,大鼠牙根可见明显的吸收;免疫组化分析显示Cadherin-11在根吸收组织中有表达;在一个加力周期中,Cadherin-11的表达随时间渐强。结论:Cadherin-11参与牙根的吸收过程,在根吸收过程中起调节作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of Cadherin-11 in root-resorption tissue and to elucidate the molecular changes and mechanism of root resorption induced by tooth movement.Methods: Wistar rats were subjected to study tooth movement identified by TRAP staining.IHC method was adopted to observe the Cadherin-11 expression.Results: TRAP staining showed obvious root resorption under 100 g sustaining force.Immunohistochemical analysis showed that Cadherin-11 was expressed in the root-resorption tissue in a time-dependant manner within one force cycle.Conclusion: Root resorption model was successfully established.Cadherin-11 is involved in the root resorption process and plays a regulative role.
