【摘要】 目的:分析视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)综合治疗疗效。方法:对2007年11月-2011年5月收治的44例(61只眼)Rb患儿采用化疗、激光、冷冻及眼摘相结合的综合治疗,对其疗效进行回顾分析。结果:61只患眼中A期(5只眼),B期(8只眼),保眼率均为100%,D期(20只眼)保眼率为57.9%,E期(28只眼)保眼率为19.4%。44例患儿中,1例双眼E期患儿死亡,其余均存活。保存的26只患眼中除2只E期患眼无光感,其余患眼均有一定的视力。结论:综合治疗可以提高Rb患者的保眼率及生存质量,并有希望保存患儿的有用视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of combined modality therapy in retinoblastoma(Rb).Methods: The clinical data of the 44 Rb cases with 61 affected eyes were reviewed.Results: Enucleation and systemic chemotherapy combined with local therapy(include laser and cryotherapy) were adopted.The rate of eye preservation were 100% in both stage A and stage B,57.9% in stage D,and 19.4% in stage E.Conclusion: The combined modality therapy was effective in retinoblastoma,as it increased the total survival rate and improved life quality of children with retinoblastoma,and it is also hopeful to preserve the children’s useful vision.更多还原
