离子交换树脂再生废水回收和利用的模拟试验

【摘要】 离子交换树脂再生过程会产生大量的含盐废水,在原离子交换系统的基础上增加一个废水回收处理系统,在高盐废水中分别投加镁沉淀剂和钙沉淀剂,经分步沉淀处理后去除废水中的钙镁离子,清液作为再生剂回用的同时得到钙盐和镁盐两种副产品,既节能减排又降本增效。

【Abstract】 It is introduced the simulation test of recovery and utilization of salt-bearing waster water got in regeneration of ion exchange resin: increasing a more waster water recovery treating system besides the original ion exchange system,separately adding magnesium precipitating agent and calcium precipitating agent into the rich-salt waster water,eliminating the magnesium and calcium ions in waster water after precipitating treatment step by step,and then clean liquid can be reused as regenerating agent,and two by-products of magnesium salt and calcium salt got.The process can save energy and reduce discharge,also decrease cost and increase profit.
