【Abstract】 The excess resume theory still has a lot of shortcomings.There isn’t a theory or model to describe the droping phenomenon of function ability when the load stimulus is beyond the bearing capacity of the organism,but the overflowing training theory can solve the problem very well.The combination of the overflowing training theory and excess resume theory can compensate for the shortcomings of excess resume theory and fill the theory gap in training field,so as to make the dynamic development of function ability a complete theory correspondence.更多还原
