【摘要】 目的调查农村大学生专业承诺现状。方法采用大学生专业承诺量表对260名农村大学生和203名城镇大学生进行测查。结果农村大学生专业承诺的整体水平不高,规范承诺显著高于城镇大学生。农村大学生专业承诺的性别、专业、年级、成绩差异显著:女生的规范承诺高于男生;文科生的情感承诺、理想承诺高于理科生;低年级学生的专业承诺显著高于高年级学生;学习成绩越差,情感承诺和规范承诺水平越低。结论农村大学生专业承诺的整体水平不高,存在显著的性别、专业、年级及成绩差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the professional commitment among university students from countryside.Methods Professional Commitment Scale for University Students were used for examining 260 university students from countryside and 203 from urban.Results The professional commitment of university students from countryside were not better,normative commitment were significantly higher than those from urban.There was significant gender,major and grade differences in professional commitment of university students from countryside.Female students scored higher than male students on normative commitment.Students of liberal arts was higher than those of science on affective commitment and ideal commitment.Professional commitment of junior students were significantly higher than senior students.Students with low academic achievement had low affective and normative commitment.Conclusion The professional commitment of university students from countryside were not better,gender,major,grade and academic achievement differences was significant.更多还原
