缺氧条件下PAOs与OHOs碳源竞争研究
Study on Competition between OHOs and PAOs on Carbon under Anoxic Condition
【摘要】 生物除磷系统中除存在大量聚磷菌(PAOs)外,还存在大量异养菌(OHOs),缺氧条件下两者可能存在对底物的竞争,有必要对缺氧条件下聚磷菌的表现和代谢规律进行研究。该试验考查了缺氧条件下普通异养菌与聚磷菌对碳源的竞争规律。根据研究结果,上述两种功能微生物在缺氧条件下对有限碳源存在竞争且各自按照其固有的动力学模式利用碳源。试验中观察到乙酸(HAc)对缺氧反硝化的抑制作用,即当环境中存在数量较多的乙酸时,反硝化聚磷菌无法进行反硝化除磷代谢,这与目前对反硝化除磷过程的理解不同。根据研究结果,对ASM2D模型有关反应动力学描述进行了改进,实测数据表明改进后的模型能够更好地描述缺氧条件下PAOs的生化反应。
【Abstract】 A large number of phosphorus accumulative organisms(PAOs) and ordinary heterotrophic organisms(OHOs) exist in biological phosphorus removal system.There may exist substrate competition between the above organisms.In this paper,competition between(OHOs) and PAOs on carbon under anoxic condition is investigated.Although kinetic performance of OHOs and PAOs appears irrelevant,inhibition of acetic acid on anoxic polyphosphate storage is found according to batch test designed.The phenomenon is inconsistent with common understanding of denitrifying phorsphorus removal.According to the study,a part of ASM2D model describes the reaction kinetics has been improved.The measured data show that the improved model can better describe biochemical activity of PAOs under anoxic conditions.
