阿奇霉素废水铁炭微电解研究

【摘要】 阿奇霉素废水成分复杂,具有pH值高、色度深、COD高、BOD低、难降解的特点,采用铁炭微电解技术对阿奇霉素废水进行预处理,研究了各因素对其处理效果的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为25℃、铁炭质量比为3∶1、入水pH值为4、铁屑投加量为0.45g/L、反应时间为2.0h的条件下,COD的平均去除率达到53.21%。

【Abstract】 The composition of azithromycin wastewater is very complex.It has the characteristics of high pH value,deep color,high COD,low BOD,and low decomposability.The ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis is used to dispose azithromycin wastewater,and the various influence factors are studied.Results show that the optimal conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 25 ℃,m(Fe)/m(C) is 3∶1,the initial pH is 4,the amount of Fe is 0.45 g/L,and the reaction time is 2 h.Finally up to 53.21% COD could be removed under the above best technological conditions.
