【摘要】 山豆根(Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis)多糖是山豆根中主要活性成分之一。山豆根多糖在免疫调节、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等方面具有显著活性。对山豆根多糖提取工艺﹑分离纯化方法﹑化学组成结构﹑生理活性以及近几年在动物试验中的研究结果等进行了分析,并展望了山豆根多糖今后的主要研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The polysaccharide from Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis was one of the main active ingredients.The polysaccharide from Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis had immunomodulation,antioxidation and anti-tumor activity.The extraction technology,the methods of isolation and purification,the chemical structure,the physiological activity,the research results of animal test in recent years were reviewed and the future research in the polysaccharide from Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis was prospected.更多还原
