【摘要】 烤烟生产受自然气候条件的影响较大,是风险产业之一。福建省龙岩市为落实强农惠农政策,健全完善农业风险管理体制,决定将烤烟种植保险融入农业保险之中。为了推动烤烟种植保险如期实施,作者立足于龙岩市的烤烟产业发展现状,分析了推行烤烟种植保险对促进龙岩市经济发展、保持烟农持续增收增效、推动当地农村社会和谐发展的积极作用和现实中要解决的问题,并有针对性地提出了积极建议,以期推动龙岩市烤烟种植保险能顺利实施,促进烤烟产业的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flue-cured tobacco production could be easily influenced by natural climate conditions,and was one of the risk industries.To implement the policies for strengthening agricultural industry and enhancing the benefit for farmers,and establish a mature agricultural risk management system,it was decided that flue-cured tobacco planting insurance being a part of agriculture insurance in Longyan city,Fujian province.Based on the development situation of tobacco industry in Longyan city,the advantages of tobacco planting insurance such as help promoting the economic development of Longyan city,ensuring the increase of income and efficiency of farmers,promoting the harmonious development of local rural society were analyzed;and the problems to be solved as well as according solutions were put forward,so that tobacco planting insurance could be carried out smoothly in Longyan city;and sustainable development of tobacco industry could be promoted.更多还原
