基于图像处理的鱼苗计数方法

【摘要】 提出了一种基于图像处理的鱼苗计数方法。将鱼苗图像首先进行分割和去除噪声操作,然后标识图像中各连通域并统计每个连通域内鱼苗像素点数,将其与一基值进行分析比较,得到每个连通域内鱼苗数量,从而进行鱼苗计数。25幅鱼苗图像计数的试验结果表明,在鱼体有相连和重叠的情况下,该方法能获得较准确的计数结果。

【Abstract】 A new method for fries-counting was proposed which was based on image processing technology.Firstly the image of fry was segmented and the noise in image was removed,and then every connected domain in the processed image was marked.The number of fries was counted by comparing the total pixels of fries in every connected domain with a base value.The results of 25 images of fries showed that the new method could get relatively accurate result in the case of fries were connected or overlapped with each other.
