【摘要】 为了有效控制霍尔多巴吉鹅巴氏杆菌病(Pasteurellosis)的发生,将内蒙古通辽地区分离鉴定的巴氏杆菌作为菌种,采用液体增菌培养后灭活,加入佐剂制成油乳剂灭活疫苗,经无菌和安全检验合格后免疫20日龄雏鹅(0.5 mL/只)。结果表明,该疫苗免疫效果良好,1次免疫后保护率达73.3%,2次免疫后保护率达96.7%。更多还原

【Abstract】 To control Pasteurellosis infection in Holzer buggy goose,the oil-adjust inactivated vaccine of Pasteurella multocida isolated from Tongliao was inoculated to 20-day-old Holzer buggy goose at a dose of 0.5 mL after sterility test and safety inspection.The results showed that the vaccine was efficient,with a protection rate of 73.3% after initial immunization and 96.7% after secondary immunization.更多还原
