镉胁迫对三种花卉种子萌发的影响
Effects of Cadmium Stress on Seed Germination of Three Flower Seeds
【摘要】 采用浓度分别为0、2、4、8、16、32、64 mg/L的镉溶液对3种花卉(大牵牛花、茶花凤仙、五彩香茉莉)种子进行胁迫处理,测定镉胁迫对花卉种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数等发芽指标的影响。结果表明,在镉胁迫处理下,3种花卉的种子发芽指标都随着镉溶液浓度的增加呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,其中浓度为8 mg/L的镉溶液能促进茶花凤仙和五彩香茉莉种子的萌发,而浓度为16 mg/L的镉溶液能促进大牵牛花种子的萌发。不同浓度的镉溶液胁迫对大牵牛花种子的影响较小,说明大牵牛花种子在萌发阶段的抗镉胁迫能力较强。
【Abstract】 Three representative flower [Ipomoea nil(L.) Roth.,Impatiens balsamena L.,Mirabilis jalapa L.] seeds were used in this experiment.Their germination tendency,germination percentage and germination index were tested to determine the effect of Cadmium(Cd) stress at the concentration 0,2,4,8,16,32 and 64 mg/L.The results indicated that all of the data fistly rose and then dropped with the increasing of Cd concentration.The germination of I.balsamena and M.jalapa was promoted by Cd solution at the concentration of 8 mg/L,and that of I.nil at 16 mg/L.Single Cd had less effect on germination of I.nil,indicating that I.nil seeds possessed strong resistante ability to Cd stress.
