规模化养猪废弃物农用资源化关键技术与效果评价

【摘要】 选择某商品猪场将沼液的资源化利用与农业和林业生产相结合,进行废弃物处理模式及效果的探讨。结果表明,沼气池→沉淀池→废水外排→生态水沟→稻田灌溉系统处理模式能彻底降解猪场废弃物,其远低于畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准,是较好的因地制宜养猪废弃物处理模式。沼气池排出的沼液在一沉淀池及二沉淀池的作用下CODCr、氨氮、总磷的浓度分别降解了96.10%、82.50%、98.12%,沼气池及沉淀池对养猪废弃物有较好的降解效果;此后,在生态草沟及稻田的作用下,得到彻底降解。搞好沼液农用和林用,足以消化猪场排出的沼液,既降低猪场的排污成本,消除对环境的污染,又增加作物的产量。

【Abstract】 Based on the combination of biogas slurry recycling and production of agriculture and forestry,one of commodity piggery was selected to study the waste treatment model and efficiency in large-scale piggery farms.The treatment model of methane tank→sedimentation basin→effluent discharge→ecological gutterway→rice field irrigation system was a better treatment model for piggery waste based on local conditions as this model could drastically degrade piggery waste.The concentration of CODCr,NH4+-N,TP in biogas slurry discharged from methane tank degraded by 96.10%,82.50%,and 98.12% respectively under the function of first and second sediment tank.Moreover,piggery waste degraded drastically under the action of ecological gutterway and rice field.The waste treated was far below the discharge standard of pollution matter for livestock and poultry industry.These results indicated that well combining with the agricultural and forestry application was adequate to digest biogas slurry from piggery,could decrease the cost of sewage disposal,eliminate the environmental pollution,and increase the production of crops.
