【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the status of the fund sources and uses for the poverty-stricken university students,the qualification cognizance,and the malpractices of the current funding mode,etc.,and simultaneously some measures are proposed including the improvement of audit system,scientific budgeting,establishment of a supervision auditing system,innovation of funding mode,etc.in order to provide references for the financial management of the special fund for poverty-stricken university students.更多还原
