【摘要】 目前,社会竞争压力非常大,大学生出现了一些心理问题,如厌学、网络成瘾、人际关系紧张、心理脆弱、承受能力差等,这些心理问题影响了大学生的健康成长。针对这些问题及成因,结合学生工作的实践,有必要通过以下途径加强大学生心理健康教育:通过大学生世界观、人生观和价值观教育,以及大学入学教育来加强大学生的思想引领;建立一支专兼职结合的高素质心理咨询队伍;建立社会支持系统、信息网络体系、学生心理健康档案等制度建设,形成良好的心理健康教育体制。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the social competition pressure is very high,resulting in some psychological problems of college students,such as weariness,internet addiction disorder,interpersonal stress,psychological vulnerability,and poor bearing capacity,which are affecting the healthy growth of university students.According to these problems and causes,combined with the practice of ideological education and psychology consultation on students,the college student psychological health education can be enhanced by strengthening the education in their world outlook,outlook on life and values,intensifying the students’ ideological guidance at the entrance education,constituting a part-and full-time consultative committee with high-quality,and constructing a social support system,an information network system,and a personal psychological health file system to form a good psychological health education system.更多还原
