【Abstract】 By classifying teacher’s leadership styles,the author observed and tracked the experiment on eight volleyball classes of freshman girls in Agriculture University of Hebei.Taking four leadership styles respectively for instruction,and according to the test scores and students’ feedback,this paper analyzed and discussd different teaching effects from different styles of leadership,then figure out the best teacher leading style,which as a result,can not only improve the teaching effect,but also achieve the goal of educating people.更多还原
