玉米开花周期的遗传分析
Genetic Analysis on Flowering Duration of Maize
【摘要】 以玉米杂交种农大108(黄C×许178)的F7重组近交系为材料,利用SSR分子标记构建了包括123个标记的连锁图谱,结合重组近交系群体开花周期在南阳、郑州、浚县3点的田间调查结果,利用复合区间作图法对散粉周期和吐丝周期进行QTL定位,共检出12个QTLs。其中,控制吐丝周期的qSC9b在南阳点和浚县点同时检测到,因此共检测到11个不同位点的QTLs,散粉周期检测到5个QTL,吐丝周期检测到6个QTL,单个性状检测到QTL的总效应的遗传贡献率为10.6%~33.1%。在第3染色体上检测到2个控制散粉周期的QTLs和2个控制吐丝周期的QTLs,第9染色体上umc2393~umc1033区段,检测到3个控制吐丝周期的QTLs和1个控制散粉周期的QTLs,表明第3和第9染色体可能是控制玉米开花周期的基因集聚区。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the QTLs of flowering duration were identifiedby using a set of RIL population,which derived from a maize hybrid Nongda108(Huang CX Xu178),and a genetic linkage map was constructed with 123 SSR molecular markers.The RIL population was evaluated at three locations(Nanyang,Zhengzhou and Xunxian),and two traits including pollen duration and silking duration,were measured.A total of 12 QTLs from the two measured traits were identified,of which two QTLs was same,detected simultaneously in two locations.That is to say,11 different QTLs were identified,including 5 QTLs for pollen duration and 6 for silking duration.The total contribution of the QTLs detected for each trait could explain 10.6%-33.1% phenotypic variance.2 QTLs for pollen duration and 2 for silking duration were located on chromosome 3,while 3 QTLs for silking duration and one for pollen duration were located at the umc2393-umc1033 region of chromosome 9,indicating that the chromosome 3 and 9 might be the gene concentration area for controlling the flowering duration.
