浅谈林业工程项目可行性研究报告编制及注意问题
A brief talk on compilation of feasibility study report for forestry project and its related issues
【摘要】 为了加强林业生态工程建设项目的管理,从基础数据调查、林业工程建设的必要性、林业工程建设条件分析、投资估算和效益分析等方面介绍了在林业工程项目可行性研究报告编制中应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the engineering project management,the forestry key projects by government funds were carried out in a way of engineering project management in 2002.Some related issues on basis data investigation,construction necessity discourse,construction condition analysis,investment estimate and benefit analysis related to compilation of feasibility study report are discussed in this article.
