【摘要】 奶牛乳房炎是影响奶牛养殖业发展的重要疾病之一。为评价纯中药制剂金乳安注射液对奶牛乳房炎的防治效果及可行性,采用体内外抑菌试验、下腔静脉血栓形成试验、解热镇痛试验等方法,对金乳安注射液的药效学进行了研究。结果表明:金乳安注射液具有显著的解热、镇痛和活血化瘀作用,并具有一定的抗炎作用。研究结果为金乳安注射液在临床上防治奶牛乳房炎提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dairy cow mastitis is one of the most important diseases affecting dairy industry development.The test is to evaluate the control effect and the feasibility of the pure traditional Chinese medicine Jinru’an injection for treating dairy cow mastitis,the pharmacodynamic tests of Jinru’an injection were studied by antimicrobial test in vitro and vivo,the inferior vena cava thrombosis test,antipyretic analgesic test and so on.The results showed that Jinru’an injection had powerful antipyretic,analgesia,blood circulation to blood stasis and anti-inflammatory effect.The results provided theoretical basis for Jinru’an injection to control dairy cow mastitis in clinical.更多还原
