煤矿安全亚文化内涵的基本分析
Fundamental analysis of the coalmine security subculture’s connotation
【摘要】 煤矿安全亚文化对矿工的思想和行为具有极大的影响。为更好的了解煤矿安全亚文化,本文从煤矿安全亚文化的特征、层次、功能等三个方面进行分析和研究。
【Abstract】 The coalmine security subculture has the enormous influence to person’s thought and behavior.To understand coalmine security subculture better,which should be analysed basically from its features,levels and functions in the paper.
