【Abstract】 In this paper,(S)-1-ethyl-2-aminomethylpyrrolidine was synthesized using L-proline as the starting material through N,O-diethylation,ammonolysis,and reduction by NaBH4-I2.This method was simple in operation with good safety,the reactants were easy to obtain and economically inexpensive,so it was more suitable for industrial production.更多还原
