磷钼钒杂多酸的制备及其催化合成乙酸乙酯
Preparation of Molybdovanadophosphoric Heteropoly Acid and Its Catalytic Synthesis for Ethyl Acetate
【摘要】 以磷钼钒杂多酸为催化剂,以乙酸、乙醇为原料催化合成了乙酸乙酯。考察了乙酸乙酯合成的主要影响因素,确定最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量为乙酸质量的5%、酸醇摩尔比1∶2.5、反应时间30min、反应温度120℃,在此条件下,酯化率达到84.7%。
【Abstract】 Ethyl acetate was synthesized from esterification between ethanol and acetic acid with molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly acid as catalyst.The influential factors of the reaction were investigated and the optimized synthetic conditions were obtained as follows:catalyst amount was 5% of mass of acetic acid,molar ratio of acetic acid to ethanol was 1∶2.5,reaction time was 30 min and reaction temperature was 120 ℃.Under above conditions,the yield of ethyl acetate was 84.7%.
