草酸二甲酯水解生产草酸工艺设计的研究
Technological design for producing oxalic acid based on dimethyl oxalate hydrolysis
【摘要】 介绍了草酸二甲酯水解生产草酸新工艺的一个流程设计,发现了设计中存在的问题,对存在问题进行了分析、讨论,指出水解完成后在水解罐内蒸出全部甲醇的设计违反相平衡规律,不可能实现。如果这样做了,会对生产过程、操作环境、环境保护、生产安全及产品质量带来很多问题,希望引起设计者注意。
【Abstract】 A novel technological process is introduced for producing oxalic acid based on dimethyl oxalate hydrolysis.Some existing problems in previous designs are areanalyzed.For example,all methanol can not be evaporated after the hydrolysis of dimethyl oxalate because it disobeys the laws of phase equilibrium.If such a design were carried out,it would bring about many troubles in production process,operating conditions,environmental protection,production safety and the quality of products.
