【Abstract】 Expectancy theory is one of the western classical incentive theories.Based on the internal relations of the constituent elements of the theory,analysis is made on the entrepreneurial incentive elements of college students,which will help to understand the students’ deep-seated motivation.According to the circulation pattern of expectancy theory,students should reasonably set entrepreneurial goals,clearly understand the role of entrepreneurs,get timely feedback.The government should actively create a healthy entrepreneurial environment.更多还原
