【Abstract】 It is an important reason to restrict the students to obtain employment that the students’ comprehensive quality cannot meet the need of the social employing units,and it is also a key element to hinder the existence and sustainable development of the application-oriented local colleges.The survey analysis shows that there is a disparity between the application-oriented local college students’ comprehensive quality and the need of the social employing units,thus impeding the students to get employed,which should call great attention of both the students themselves and the application-oriented local colleges.更多还原
