交联壳聚糖对两种染色剂脱色性能的对比研究

【摘要】 以天然高分子壳聚糖为原料,与多聚磷酸钠和环氧氯丙烷通过离子和共价作用交联形成改性壳聚糖,以两种常用的生物染色剂甲苯胺蓝和甲基橙水溶液作为模拟体系,对比研究了交联壳聚糖的吸附脱色性能.探讨了反应时间、染色剂的初始浓度、交联壳聚糖的用量、pH、反应温度对吸附脱色效果的影响,通过正交试验设计优化了吸附脱色的操作条件,并进行了动力学分析和初步的解吸研究.结果显示:交联壳聚糖在优化条件下对甲苯胺蓝和甲基橙的脱色率分别为83.7%和88.6%,动力学分析表明吸附脱色过程符合伪二级动力学方程,经柠檬酸钠解吸后,交联壳聚糖可以重复使用.

【Abstract】 Using the natural polymer chitosan as the raw material,the modified chitosan beads were cross-linked with both sodium polyphosphate and epichlorohydrin by ionic and covalent bonds.The adsorptive decoloration properties of aqueous solutions of two biological stains,toluidine blue and methyl orange,were investigated by using the resulting chitosan beads.Effects of reaction time,initial concentration of stains,cross-linked chitosan dosage,pH,and reaction temperature were evaluated;the decoloration conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The analysis of kinetics for adsorptive decoloration and preliminary study on desorption were performed.The results show that the decoloration rate for toluidine blue and methyl orange were 83.7% and 88.6%,respectively,under the optimum conditions.The adsorptive decoloration processes conformed to the pseudo-second order kinetics equation.The cross-linked chitosan could be reused after desorption by sodium citrate.
