【摘要】 通过编制"十一五"河北省民生质量指数,反映了河北省改善民生的主要成效,揭示了存在的突出问题:城乡居民收入与消费水平提高缓慢,与全国的差距有所扩大;居住指数近年持续大幅下滑,与全国的差距显著;城镇基本医疗保险覆盖率、农村社会养老保险覆盖率和城乡居民低保覆盖率一直滞后于全国总体水平,且差距逐年拉大;在岗职工平均工资、人均教育事业费支出和每万人拥有的医生数一直低于全国总体水平;生活垃圾无害化处理率和单位GDP二氧化硫排放量和全国差距显著。据此提出了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Making the quality index of the people’s livelihood about the eleventh five-year plan in Hebei province,reflects the major achievements about the improvement of people’s life in Hebei province,and reveals the existing prominent problems.The improvement of income and consumption level of urban and rural residents is slow,and the differences between the level of Hebei province and the whole country have somewhat expanded.The living index has declined greatly in recent years,and has a remarkable difference from the whole country.The urban basic medical insurance coverage,the rural society endowment insurance coverage and the urban and rural resident’s subsidies coverage have been lagging behind the overall level,and the gap has been widening year by year.The on-job workers’ average wage,the education spending of per people and the number of doctors of per ten thousand people have been below the national level.The living waste harmless treatment rate and the sulfur dioxide emissions per unit of GDP are far from the whole country’s level.The paper puts forward some relevant suggestions.更多还原
