【摘要】 中国特色社会主义法律体系建设的历程不仅应该追溯到新中国成立,而且必须追溯到革命根据地时期的法律制度建设,这样中国特色社会主义法律体系建设的历程总体上可分为三个大阶段:即革命根据地时期的法律体系建设;新中国成立到十一届三中全会时期的法律体系建设;十一届三中全会到2011年年初的法律体系建设。在中国特色社会主义法律体系建设过程中,中国共产党积累了宝贵的法制建设经验:法制建设必须体现时代精神;法制建设必须以理念建设为前导;只有在行动中才可能促进法制建设的成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 The course of Chinese social legal system construction should be traced back to not only the founding of the People’s Republic of China,but also the construction of the legal system during the Revolutionary base period.Thus,the course of Chinese social legal system construction can be divided into three stages: the construction of the legal system during the Revolutionary base period;the construction of the legal system from the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee;the construction of the legal system from the founding of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee to early 2011.In the process of the course of Chinese social legal system construction,the Communist Party of China has accumulated a valuable experience in the construction of legal system: the legal system construction should reflect the spirit of the times;the legal system construction must be based on the construction of concept;only in legislative practice will the legal construction achieve success.更多还原
