微波辐射一锅法合成N-(4-芳基噻唑-2-基)-腙类化合物
Microwave-assisted efficient one-pot synthesis of N-(4-arylthiazol-2-yl) hydrazones
【摘要】 在微波辐射下,以异丙醇作溶剂,以醛(或酮)、氨基硫脲和溴代苯乙酮进行一锅3组分反应,探讨了溶剂和微波功率对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,并合成了一系列N-(4-芳基噻唑-2-基)-腙类化合物,反应时间5~10min,产率86%~95%.
【Abstract】 A highly efficient and facile one-pot three-component synthesis of N-(4-arylthiazol-2-yl) hydrazones was carried out under microwave irradiation.The effects of solvent and microwave power were investigated.The process proceeded smoothly to give title compounds in 86%-95% yields within 5-10 min.
