【摘要】 目的探讨阿片类、苯丙胺类药物使用所致精神障碍患者血清心肌酶谱的变化及临床意义。方法动态监测187例阿片类、苯丙胺类药物使用所致精神障碍患者入院时和入院后治疗的1、2、4周的心肌酶谱,正常对照组110例,结果采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定病情。结果与正常组比较,阿片类、苯丙胺类药物使用所致精神障碍尤其是吸食苯丙胺及苯丙胺阿片类两者混用者,且以阳性症状为主的患者心肌酶谱指标在发病期显著升高(方差分析,P均<0.001),可能是发病期生物学改变的标志,对疾病的辅助诊断,早期识别将有助于临床诊断;各指标测定水平与阿片类、苯丙胺类药物使用所致精神障碍患者的病情严重程度呈正相关,且随着病情得到控制,各指标逐渐下降并趋于正常,提示该变化的可逆性,并可作为病情缓解程度的疗效指标有一定的临床价值。结论阿片类、苯丙胺类药物使用所致精神障碍患者的心肌酶活性明显增高与发病及病情严重程度有关,心肌酶监测对该病的病情估计有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the changes serum myocardial enzyme in Mental Disorders due to use of opioids or amphetamine patients and its clinical significance.METHODS Myocardial enzyme spectrum of 187 cases of patients with Mental Disorders due to use of opioids or amphetamine at the time of admission and the treatment of 1、2、4 weeks after admission was dynamically monitored,and 110 cases were set as normal control group.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) was adopted to evaluate the patients′ condition.RESULTS Compared with the normal group,the myocardial enzyme spectrum index of Mental Disorders due to use of opioids or amphetamine patients,especially patients who take in Benzedrine and Benzedrine opioids simultaneously and who mainly have positive symptoms,rised obviously during symptom appearance(AVONA,P all<0.001).Maybe it was a sign of biological changes.And early recognition was helpful in the clinical diagnosis for disease assistant diagnosis;all index test level was positively correlated to the severity of Mental Disorders due to use of opioids or amphetamine patients;meanwhile,with the disease under control,every index descended gradually and turned close to normal,which suggested the reversibility of the above changes,and can be of certain clinical value in suggesting illness reduction.CONCLUSION The evident increase of myocardial enzyme activity in patients with Mental Disorders due to use of opioids or amphetamine is relevant to the attack and the illness severity.In addition,the myocardial enzyme monitor has a certain clinical value for estimate of the disease condition.更多还原
