【摘要】 目的建立强力天麻杜仲胶囊中蛇床子素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(5μm,4.6×250mm),流动相为乙腈-水(49∶51),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为322nm,柱温为35℃。结果蛇床子素在0.1308~0.6540μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率99.2%,RSD为5.1%。结论本方法操作简便、准确、稳定性好,可作为强力天麻杜仲胶囊中蛇床子素的有效检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of osthole in Qianglitianmaduzhong capsule.METHODS Using Inertsil ODS-SP column(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(49∶51),The flow rate was at 1.0mL·min-1,The detective wavelength was at 322nm,The column temperature was 35℃.RESUTLS The osthole was determined in the range of 0.1308～0.6540μg(r=0.9999,n=5),the average recovery was 99.2%,RSD was 5.1%.CONCLUSION The methods is rapid and accurate with good reproducibility which is used for the quality of control of osthole in Qianglitianmaduzhong Capsules.更多还原
