【摘要】 目的建立保肾口服液中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法选用Accliain 120 C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)分析柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长327nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL.min-1,进样量20μL。结果绿原酸在0.105～0.630μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),该法绿原酸平均回收率为103.71%;RSD为0.50%(n=6)。结论本法简便,准确,可用作保肾口服液的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC method of Chlorogenic acid in Baoshen Oral liquid.METHODS The Accliain 120 C18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(10∶90).The Flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1and the detection wavelength was 327nm.The column temperature was 30℃,injection volume was 20μL.RESULTS The linerar ranger of Chlorogenic acid was 0.105~0.630μg(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 103.71% with a RSD of 0.50%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate.It can be used for quality control of Baoshen Oral liquid.更多还原
